You can't imagine how much you can make a difference. Everyone thinks that £1, or £5 or even £10 won't make that much difference to the cause but believe me, if everyone in the UK donated just £1 that would make £57,000,000!!!!!
£5 will pay for a pack of premature baby nappies, vital to the units in Scotland
£10 will help pay for breast pumps and other smaller equipment that will help new mums to establish breastfeeding
£20 will help towards the cost of furnishing the family rooms available in some, but not all of the units. These rooms provide space for the parents to sleep, rest and more importantly, remain beside their baby while they are in the care of the hospital. This can often be for a prolonged period, so you can imagine how important it is to have the basic things we take for granted in our homes, like shower facilities and towels! It really does make a huge impact.
Please help Special Care Baby. Some of the Special Care Units desperately need the money to buy more equipment, to help more premature and special care babies.
